This is the start of my RIPPED journey. The RIPPED program is diet, supplements and exercise.
Diet
- high protein, low fat, low carb. Every 3rd day the diet allows slightly more carbs.
Supplements
- RIPPED, multivitamin, creatine, ephedra
Exercise
- weight training 4 days a week (upper/lower body, low/high intensity)
- low intensity cardio (bike) twice a day, 4 times a week
- high intensity cardio once a day 3 times a week
